Currently, we only deliver within Uppsala (10km from our shop). We wish to deliver your orders at your doorstep for FREE of CHARGE during this unprecedented time. Here are the guidelines
Free Day Delivery categories
- Within 5 km – Total purchase must be above 600 SEK. Otherwise, 69 SEK delivery charge will be added.
- Within 10 km – Total purchase must be above 1200 SEK. Otherwise, 99 SEK delivery charge will be added.
Please contact us for more information, should the delivery address be beyond 10km radius from our store.
Order is always delivered on next day. Order must be placed before 1800 hour for next day delivery. In case of issue, we will contact you.
Yes, you can choose your preferred delivery date and time between 12pm and 8 pm from Wednesday to Sunday. Please call us to fix it or mention it on the “Order Notes” during checkout.
If you didn’t precisely mentioned your preferred delivery time, we will call you in advance to setup an appointment for the delivery. If you are not at home at the defined/agreed delivery time, then you need to collect the goods from our store, 4 hours after the decided delivery time and before 8pm. Delivery charges will not be returned.
Wishlist is a container of products that you are not yet to purchase but wish to purchase them later
If you have registered with us and the order that you wish to reorder is done after registration then you should be able to select that processed order from your account page and place the same order again, you may add/delete product(s) from the previous order list if required.
You can pay with one of the following methods
- Credit Card (Visa or Master Card)
- Maestro (Debit Card)
- Cash on delivery
For Cash on delivery, we will not be able to return any required change so we urge you to prepare the exact amount.
Yes, you can cancel or change your order by phone 4 hours prior to defined/agreed delivery time. Please send us email and also call us for this.
Any product which does not require refrigeration can be returned within 7 days respecting that the packaging is intact.
In case of wrong product, either we deliver you the product you ordered or we return the amount. Return product’s packaging must be intact. Regarding, damaged products, you must call us within 2 hours (max.) after delivery, especially for refrigeration items .
